A Homeland Security officer presented a thorough overview of its Active Shooter guide for preparing a response to a gun threat, and a panel of banker and legal experts provided an overview of gun policies and legal issues important to ensuring customer and employee safety. Sessions also focused on the latest card skimming devices and the variety of bank-fraud schemes institutions are experiencing.
